Synopsis

A local user can elevate his privileges.

Description

The remote host contains a flaw in the Windows Debugger that could allow a local user to elevate his privileges.

To exploit this vulnerability, a user needs to send a specially crafted code to the Debbuging handler to execute arbitrary code with SYSTEM privileges.

Solution

Microsoft has released a set of patches for Windows NT and 2000.
