Synopsis

The remote Ubuntu host is missing one or more security-related patches.

Description

It was discovered that Bind incorrectly handled certain specially crafted packets. A remote attacker could use this flaw to cause Bind to stop responding, resulting in a denial of service.

Solution

Update the affected packages.
